  • AVA serviced our Whirlpool fridge which in itself is a monster....... After investigating on line I found out that there are design issues with my particular fridge. This is all on Whirlpool. Thank goodness that Terry at Spencer's suggested that we buy the five year warranty. The warranty is with AVA. That being said we had issues with the cooling inside the fridge pointing to a sensor. Sarah the receptionist at AVA was professional and prompt. She sent Nick out to do the repair who was outstanding by the way. The part had to be ordered and as soon as it came in he was promptly at our house to install it in no time flat. I have dealt with some real losers in the past and have learned to check with the Better Business Bureau. AVA has an A-. It should be an A+! Sorry for Nick as I know he will have our little monster to repair in the future. We strongly recommend this company.....
