  • This is my second time coming to this location but is this really a Large? (See Picture Posted) I've never had a drink made wrong but this was a first and I didn't realize that until leaving. UPDATE: Got my free drink compensated from previous mistake. Quality: Great quality milk tea drinks compared to other local boba tea shops in Vegas. Top 3 Favorites 1. Jelly Wow Milk Tea (w/ 120% Sugar) 2. Lychee Punch 3. Oreo Milk Tea Service: Quick customer service on a weekday, no long lines compared to the other location in China Town. Price: Large drinks are usually $5.75 (after taxes) with Boba. Kung Fu Tea is definitely a franchise on the rise. I can already see it's menu expanding more with other products being sold to go along with just your Milk Tea drink. Understanding that not all drinks will be made perfectly due to different experiences from its employees but it's Customer Service can always out weigh the mistake of it and always be fixed to satisfy a customer. Thanks to Helen K. immediately addressing the issue. Continue to keep up the good work and you'll have loyal customers coming back.
