  • Had been working with Albert since October to complete a backyard project - retaining wall, pavers, artificial grass, and rocks. When we finally agreed on a price and start date, Albert kept pushing back delaying the start date repeatedly. He seems like a nice enough guy but was completely unprofessional and unreliable. He would cancel or reschedule confirmed appointments and sometimes would respond to text messages. Other times there would be no response whatsoever. After over a week of texting him to confirm when he could start, he finally texted back saying "Sorry, he would not be able to do the landscaping." You will likely get a great price estimate compared to others but I would suggest avoiding this business and picking a real professional for your project.
