| - I can honestly say that I've had some of the worst experiences of my life in their office. Some of the people are Ok and you can tell that they are trying, but management is so disorganized and they really do not care. I can see other people have had issues dealing with them and it's not a surprise. One instance, our dishwasher and washing machine had issues at the same time. They did nothing about it for two weeks, even though I called and checked every day and was told, "they're gonna get to it when it comes up". Only to find out that it never got put in, and when I tried to complain about the fact that we didn't have clean clothes or dishes, they came back at me, "well, why are you waiting to tell us about things that are broken?". It had been broken for two weeks and I told them right when it happened. The icing on the cake, is after arguing with the girl for 20 minutes, she got on the radio and sent someone over. Good etiquette would suggest that if I already am upset, you didn't put the order in, it was your fault that it's still not done, you could say, "I'm so sorry, let me send someone over". Instead, I got a 20 minute back and forth about how it's a big place and they can't help it if they're making mistakes due to disorganization, and then send someone like it was no big deal and not apologize. When I worked in customer service for over 10 years, I took responsibility for things that were not my fault in the interest of trying to help the customer, rectify a problem, and try to save the customer from going somewhere else and feeling that they were not appreciated. These people seem to love the phrase "that's not my fault". Even if it's not your fault personally, the goal should be to solve the problem, take care of the customer, not shift blame.
