  • Let's just say I was crying when I picked up my wedding dress. They are SO pushy when you come in to the dress, telling you have to get it TODAY in order to get the dress on time to have time for "alterations" so I bought my dress the first time I came in, NINE MONTHS before my wedding day Dress came in 2 months before my wedding, missing the special order pieces I asked for, missing the removable one shoulder sleeve. Story is, I for the next 2 months, I kept waiting and waiting and calling and they kept telling me the sleeve is "coming in" I came in to get my dress 1 week before the wedding, still no sleeve. I had to go to random alteration store and ask the to make a custom sleeve because Demetrios staff DO NOT CARE about your dress, or details or anything, as long as they sold the dress to you and got there commission. Absolutely horrible. The reason I'm not giving it 1 star but 2 is because they had a really nice selection of dresses, and during the actual process of buying the dress, they are extra nice.
