| - Where do I start? First of all, be prepared for a rent hike when/if you renew your lease. Neither was I expecting nor prepared for this and I hate moving.
Second, the office is open Mondays through Saturdays, yet maintenance is not available on the weekends; therefore, if you need something done, you would have to let them enter your apartment while you are at work during the week, as opposed to when you are off on the weekends. Most people work during the week and keep "bank hours". I don't feel too comfortable letting strangers enter my unit when I'm not home. Besides, they go through staff quite a bit.
Third, but not least, if you lose a pet, specifically a cat, then they are not compassionate whatsoever. I have posted flyers for my missing cat on the carport posts and on the mail room "bulletin board". They have taken every last one done, including the one that was on the "bulletin board". What good is a "bulletin board" if residents can't post a bulletin?! I'm pretty sure that if it was one of their pets, there would be flyers posted everywhere, including on the residents' door. They would need to go through the loss of a pet in order to see what it feels like.
There are other issues, but these are the most important to me. I would not make the mistake of renewing my lease here again.
