  • We have lived at San Posada since the end of May 2016. We scouted the apartment out online and started the leasing process from out of state without seeing the place in person. When we came to visit before moving, I decided I would never leave the pool! It's beautiful. The grounds are SO well kept, I even saw one of the guys cleaning the top of the mailboxes! Who does that? It's impressive. The gym is better than anything I've ever seen at an apartment, even with a spin room. The inside of the apartment is spacious with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Fixtures and appliances feel like they're good quality, floors are beautiful too. No complaints about the apartment itself! Whenever there have been minor issues its been as easy as stopping by the office or putting in a maintenance order. The staff is friendly and they always offer water if you stop in (smart when it's always over 100*) My only complaint (nothing that could be changed) would be the area outside of the gates. I love that Costco and groceries are nearby but it doesn't make for a pretty area to walk around. Definitely doesn't feel dangerous, just nothing fancy!
