| - After researching brands of dishwashers, I found the Bosch model that I wanted at AZ Appliance Liquidators. The model was in poor condition (dented, smelled and very obviously used, as the filter was full of food.) As I was going to leave, one of the employees suggested a different model, that looked to be in perfect condition. Once I took it home and ran it a couple of times, the smell of mildew did not go away. After having the Bosh 500 series for three weeks, it still smells like mildew. I have loaded it fully and the rack load spacing is limited, the run cycle is nearly three hours, and sanitation must be used on each load in order for the dishes to come out looking clean. My biggest issue is with the lack of customer service; after calling Joseph and expressing the issues I was having, he was unsympathetic and told me he would talk to the owner and get back to me by EOD. After not returning several of my calls, he left me a short message that there was nothing they were willing to do after my purchase of the machine. I escalated my issues to the head of Operations and he was nicer, but explained that a Bosch service technician would need to come out and examine the machine. Chad, the Bosch service technician walked me through everything I could do to try to get the smell to dissipate. The machine still smells of mildew and I feel that I was sold a "lemon." At this point, I have had to make the decision to keep a sub-par appliance or go through the hassle of uninstalling the machine and trying to return it. Purchasing a major appliance from AZ Appliance Liquidators was a poor decision and I would not recommend this store to anyone making a big purchase.
