| - I'm a fan of a good medium rare burger. If you like your burgers well done, perhaps Red Robin or Fat Burger might be more your thing. I had the tamago burger. Somewhat comparable to the Ronin burger at Bachi. This is a little smaller, but in this instance it's a case of quality not quantity. When I bit into the burger, the crunchiness of the egg white, and the creaminess of the yolk combined with the fried onion along with the furikake and other condiments, was simply put, outstanding. I wolfed that burger down and proceeded to have the daily special, the 4-20 burger, smoked bacon, shisito peppers and garlic aioli, also outstanding. Bravo fukuburger,
