Very clean and new-ish studio. Convenient location for me. I tried out their $20 10 day pass for first-timers. I've practiced in several studios in the past including Moksha, Iamyoga and Hot yoga Wellness. The heat is much less intense in this studio, I think partly because of the large windows contributing to heat loss especially when it's freezing outside. In my first few classes I did not even sweat!! Which is unheard of for me for hot yoga. The first few classes were slow but I persisted and attended a few more. I found that depending on the instructor, classes can vary a lot in style and intensity. I like Jamielee and Wendy's classes the most so far. Their class times also tend to be longer than other studios (eg. morning 90min classes), compared to the average 60-75min classes. This is a plus for me. The studio and class are gorgeous, and does not smell bad or sweaty like some other places I've been to. The people at reception are nice. It can get crowded at times but since I tried to go in the down times I did not encounter a lot of problems. Overall I like the studio but it may be challenging to find the right-intensity class to fit my schedule.
