  • No running water to apartments, always a leak and never in a rush to fix it. When you go an complain about basic commodities they threaten you and say they will call the police on you. Also important to know that maintenance has the right to go into your apartment after a simple knock. No call, email, warning or permission needed if they feel there is a water leak. Hope you are fully dressed at all times in your apartment otherwise creepy maintenance guys will peep in on you. 4/02 water is shut off, no warning and no mass email sent to make residents aware.
