  • I am absolutely thrilled with Anessa and her exceptional services. From the first contact until the final invoice, Anessa was prompt, friendly, professional, helpful, and considered possible needs before we expressed them. She came to our house the day we called and put me right at ease and confidence that she'd be able to supervise our movers during the packing, loading, and shipping of our belongings to two separate locations. She even brought in our trash barrel and dropped off our cable boxes to Cox! She texted me the minute she arrived at our house and kept me informed during the whole process. I am amazed at how effortless she made everything seem. We were in a different state and she removed every speck of stress from this process. I sure wish I had known about her before I moved because my life would be improved with her in it. Last but not least, I was mortified to read a hostile review because that certainly seemed like she was talking about someone else. Either she's mentally ill or cruel, but in any case it was inaccurate. I don't have the ability to express just how much she helped.
