The BF and I were not even 15 minutes in Zia Records on Eastern and went back to find our car battery was dead.
We call Mazda Roadside Assistance which covers free tows to really where ever. Most dealer tows only go to the nearest dealership and since we thought it might be the battery we chose to have it towed back to our home in the NW.
The Tow Truck Company takes care of dealership calls and Mike came to help us in a timely manner- We maybe waited around 30-40 minutes for a tow. He was friendly and chatty in the tow truck telling us stories. There's even bullet dents in his bulletproof window and he was all calm about his job, "yeah, all kinds of things happen"and went on to tell us about repos. Friendly people make for a easier experience in something that can be easily stressful ordeal.
They're pretty busy by the sound of his radio dispatch going off often, but they're timely. We were out of Zia across town and inside our home in less than 2 hours.
Pretty painless and that's not always the case with tow companies.
