  • This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had getting my nails done. I went there for my birthday and nothing but disappointments came from it. From first no friendly customer service, to two of my nails chipping within the next 2 days, it was just an absolute nightmare. Then I called back to have them fix it, and they gave me a hard time saying that they would be too busy to fix it for me. I walk in Saturday morning at 9:45 and not even 5 people are in the salon. Then, they accuse me of being the one to chip my own nails. While they did fix it for me for free, they still gave me an incredibly hard time with it. Well now it's Sunday, and after having two of my nails chip and split, a third one has now just split after I doing nothing but reaching inside a makeup purse to grab eyeliner. This salon is a complete waste of money. If you go anywhere for your nails go anywhere but here.
