  • It has been TOO long! I battled some medical issues that prevented me from working out PERIOD. I religiously was at Barre3 daily and I didn't realize how much I missed this place until today. I finally got released for workout again and I can't wait for this class tonight!!! The environment, the empowerment, and the workout is that missing puzzle piece making my life rounded. Seriously, if you're worried to try new things, GO HERE!!! The first step to change is walking in this door at B3. It will change your attitude, your outlook on your day to day, it will change your life. I highly recommend any instructor at this location and the North Scottsdale location. And the owner Karie, such a doll. She takes pride in the change she's brought to this community. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you .
