  • I just bought a condo for investment and looking for a property management. Unfortunately They are the worse management company I dealt with and after one year is out I will drop this company. They don't believe in customer relations and they have their own view of issues to deal with. What they promised and what they are doing after I sign the contract is completely 2 different things. .As a LANDLORD I advise anyone who is trying to get management team to manage their property to sign contract with these people. They are just smooth talkers . but when it gets down to business, you don't count because you are stock with them for a year at least. I will give them - 5 but I guess the worse is one star , so will be it. You Hire Management company to make your life easier with less headache, but this company make your life more miserable , today is 21 one day pass that my tenant has paid and I still don't have my lease money or monthly statement from them. I do have a home warranty and told them and send them a copy of that but they went and fix something with out my permission and they charged me $290 for one Hr work and when I asked them why? why didn't you use my home warranty they said oh you didn't tell us. Which is a big LIE. Any hoe if you want a peace in your life with out headache and through your money to garbage DONT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY
