  • I was a bit skeptical when my friend was hyping the holy living hell out of Studio B Buffet. Vegas buffets are Vegas buffets after all right? But hey, the squad wanted to roll to a buffet before we headed out of town. And it's not like I'd been to a buffet for a while, so screw it why not. And now I understand why he was being such a hypebeast. I am legitimately giving this buffet a 5-star review SOLELY on its prime rib alone. Normally prime rib is kinda flavorless as you get closer to the center because of the way it's cooked. Well, NOT THIS ONE! I'm being 100% serious when I say this: this is THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRIME RIB I've had at ANY buffet, Vegas or non-Vegas. The prime rib is worth the price of admission on it's own ($24.99, if you were wondering). Aside from that, they got a pretty wide range of different cuisines (Italian, Chinese, American, etc.). It's mostly standard fare from any buffet. They do have plenty of shrimp and some bomb beef oxtail soup too. Definitely would recommend this buffet to others and super want to come again if I get a chance. Remember guys, all protein and no carbs is the way to go!
