I've been taking both of my boys here for years. I like the Dr and the staff. However, I had scheduled an appt for sedation in April of this year. I too work in the medical field (Hence, I know the importance of cancelations) I canceled that appt prior to the appt date. 7 months later I called to ask for the $50 refund I had put down for the sedation. The first time I called the receptionist showed the refund and said she would issue it and have the office manager approve it. A week later I called back and they said they don't show a refund and that the office manager would call. Didn't hear back a third time. Finally the office manager called and ironically the $50 hadn't been applied to what they say was a "no show" I explained that I know I called to cancel etc. They were willing to still keep the $50 and loose two patients. I highly recommend you find a dentist who works well with patient care which includes the financial part. Convience isn't always in your best interest!
