  • Zakirah was very accommodating to the fact that I was 30 min late to my showtime and happily got us another showtime, however, the reason for the 3 stars is due to the fact that the manager reprimanded her for doing this and in front of us which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. It seemed as if he was annoyed to have to come input his username and password for her to be able to do the transaction.
