  • We brought our vehicle into Santan Ford because we had a problem with the starter sticking they went through and gave us a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed we reviewed and then told them to go ahead and fix the job was completed the vehicle was returned back to us but we had more problems than before and the original problem still existed after going on vacation and noticing that the truck had more intro secrecies then ever before the vehicle was brought back to Santan Ford at that time they told us nothing was wrong they said that all the repairs that they made we're good however the starter still sticks it was brought back to them again the service manager was advised that the same problem was existing but the $800 part was changed I asked him to reconsider and discount the price because I know I got a brand new starter however it was not the problem because it still existed weeks after it was repaired by Santan I will be getting an attorney and going after my money I would highly recommend the sweettalk upfront is not the service that they deliver buyer beware
