I have contacted the circulation department three times since last Sunday to resolve a circulation problem. Today, I talked to Gabriella and Supervisor Brandon. Brandon assured me that the Sunday edition would be delivered and that my subscription issue was resolved! NOT!!!! The paper was not delivered. I will have to call the Circulation Department , again tomorrow! Mass media, mass incompetence!
March 26, the Arizona Republic does not communicate with my carrier. I had to call the Circulation Department again to try to complete my subscription. The carrier delivered the March 19 issue on Tuesday, March 21 and the Puzzle Book on March 22. Today, the carrier just delivered the paper without the puzzle book. Arizona Republic needs to be sold so a dynamic organization can rebuild it. USA Today Network just can't figure it out! O is my rating!
March 28, I can't even cancel my subscription. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes.
