  • Chart House is pretty much what you would expect from a west coast restaurant chain that has been around for twenty years. Corporate cookie cutter menu, salad bar, decour and staff. It does overlook a man made lake in McCormick Ranch and the water view is a nice change of pace for us desert rats. The food and service has been hit and miss over the past few years ranging from pretty good to disasterous. I can honestly say this was the site of one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had in Arizona. I've been back since and things were improved... they couldn't have gotten any worse. The fact that it's near my house and I may go there twice a year says it all. It really has the potential to become a neighborhood favorite if management ever got a clue.
