  • Updated from my previous review to add one more star. I was very surprised that camelback moving contacted me after I posted my review. Even after 6 months they wanted to make things right. I wasn't able to give my feedback directly after the move, which is what they do to see if there were any issues or to see if the move was excellent, but they were able to take my feedback and explained that possibly the men were having an off day. Camelback moving offered to re-adjust the rate that was more consistent with my expectations based on the first move. I've never experienced such great customer service and will likely re-try their services for another move.
