  • I am not sure why this gets such bad reviews-- we have been here three times And had good service. It is clean, we get serviced right away, and customer service is as expected (depends on your technician). Cost is average for the area. It's not our top choice in all of Pittsburgh , but top in the area when I can't drive across town (we prefer Pearl in sq. hill-- prices are lowest, great customer service, but below average decor-- I will trade that off for better pricing).
