  • Terrible customer service here. Wife went in with my card. I know it's technically under my account, but the manager set me up with a plan that allowed 1 guest, and told me my wife could even use the card alone. The front desk girl had an incredibly condescending tone to my wife who barely speaks english. We'll stick to the Greenfield location for the racquetball room and the Rio Salado location for our basic work outs.
