  • From start to finish working with American Homes 4 Rent was INCREDIBLE! I have dealt with many companies back in Florida (where I am originally from) and I have never dealt with such an efficient, honest, and great group of staff! I dealt with multiple people from AH4R, and each and everyone was superb quality customer service. I applied, and in less than a few hours got a phone call from Christine Ryals (my leasing consultant) with the great news that I was approved. My biggest fear moving to a new state (NC) was to have a delay or issues finding a perfect home. Thanks to AH4R they made this easy! I had an inspection before officially moving into my new home, with the wonderful and professional "Keysha" Deborah Perry. What a delight to work with this Field Inspector!! So attentive, so efficient, so much knowledge. I needed new batteries for my garage opener, and in minutes she confirmed the time she would be bringing me my new batteries. Keysha truly cares about each and everyone! As well as Christine, and everyone else. I recommend AMERICAN HOMES 4 RENT to anyone and everyone out there!! Words can't express how impressed and pleased I am!
