  • Don't bother with their service department. They ask me to drop off the car the night before so that they can check for the rattle when the car first starts driving. I call the next day at 1:30 pm- since no one has bothered to call me - and they ask me what's wrong with the car. Apparently the terms "vibrations" and "shuddering" were confusing so they didn't even look at yet. 3 hours later, no one's called so I call again and they ask to keep it till tomorrow morning since they can't find it. I guess they called it a day and just figured I could be without a car until they decided to deal with it.
