I went to burlington on December 3, 2017 to return my top. Jovan was talking to my mom during the transaction.After the transaction she asked me if i could translate what she said to my mom. She can understand you perfectly. My mom can understand and speak fluent English. It might be her second language but she can understand Jovan perfectly.
We told another employee at the front of the store. The only thing she said is "have a nice day". She wasn't interested on helping on figuring out what happened.Burlington what kind of people are you hiring?
This is the first time happened after 16 years of shopping in this store. How can a company let their associates ask that kind of question or let the costumer be treated like that. An employee asking if I could translate for my mother. What kind of training did she have in order to ask that to any costumer. Somebody needs retrain Jovan before she ask the wrong person.
