  • Ongoing oil leak issues... was shocked I had to come visit again so soon. But the technicians find the issue and resolve it every time. Glad to be under warranty..the only thing I can say negative is that the coffee is horrible! Doug and especially Dexter express superior customer service skills.Dexter is honest and caring and is a great representative of Chapman and the dying art of exceptional service.
