If you have $300 to splurge on food, the $280 Nobu Teppan-Yaki should be on your list. From the Shishito appetizer (jalapeno pepper), Toro Tartare, Japanese Scallop with Uni, to the Teppan Style Foie Gras, Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, and the Foie Miso Cappuccino, everything sounded exquisite and tasted even more so.
