  • The first impression that I have of this cafe was that it is owned by Korean due to the signage. However, as I walked in, the staff speaks mandarin. I came late afternoon on a weekday. I attempted to order the soufflĂ©, however it was unavailable. I've ordered the Sugarbay Signature milk tea, I was happy with the presentation and the taste was comparable to Hong Kong cafe. The milk tea came in a lightbulb and a turquoise bucket with a glowing green cube at the bottom. Not too sweet, and I've order the chocolate lava cake and since I didn't want ice cream on the side they gave me a 20% coupon to use for my next visit. The chocolate lava cake was warm and tasty and it was a good portion. The waitress's uniform was pretty too, very Japanese inspired, similar to school uniforms, brown dress sailor moon feel. I would definitely recommend to give it a try if you haven't been as the menu selection is good and the two signature items that I have ordered this time, I will also recommend to my friends. Worth a visit!
