  • I really wanted to like this place but left disappointed. I made an appointment for an oil change with oil and a filter which I supplied. When I got there I asked how long it would be and was quoted an hour and a half and told them I was on a time crunch and asked if they could do it slightly faster and they said that wouldn't be a problem. It ended up taking 2 hours and I wasted time that I didn't have to spare. One would assume that with an appointment, you should be able to get out in an hour or less for a simple oil change The place itself was a nice change of pace compared to the usual scummy shop and employees had good customer service. Also they have a sign displayed up front that said something along the lines of "Speak with a service adviser today" Should be advisor :)
