  • I have not been an SWMA fan having grown accustomed to sub-par experiences with them. I was a patient of Dr. Walker's yesterday, and I have to admit that I have rarely been treated with such a high level of respect and caring. His assistant, Kaleb, was also amazing. Everyone took the time to listen - not just hear, but listen, and my concerns were addressed in a way that was easy to understand. The reasons behind certain medical decisions were also well explained, and I left my appointment feeling like a valued patient, not a pest! Also had Xrays performed, and the wait was quite short considering they had been ordered only about 10 minutes before I signed in at radiology. The tech (I am so sorry I do not remember his name) was patient and kind. All in all, I left feeling like maybe there was some hope out there! Great job, guys!!! (OK, but it still takes waaaaaaaaay too long to see a doctor - I was in a bad way when I called for an appointment and the earliest they could get me in was 16 days away.)
