  • SHORTHAND REVIEW: Terrible business ran by a man and his son who hire amateur teenagers to be your guide. No orientation is given and lack of professionalism and horrible customer service is presented at its finest here. My experience: After looking up multiple ATV Tours I went ahead and book with them so me and my party could enjoy the Valley of Fire scenery for the day to celebrate my brothers birthday. It was a great experience was far as being on an ATV with a beautiful scenery. However the worst customer service possible. I repeat worst customer service! The business is owned by a guy named Oscar who has his son, Matt, take reservations. I tried to make the reservations short and simple. Of course, the service was fine over the phone. I'm big on customer service as well as my group. Most all of us that being 15 of us work at a local dealership. I wasn't expecting the service to be this bad. I was lead to believe my party would have Polaris Atv as advertised on there website but we ended up on they're older 4x4 quads. No complaints were expressed then. Quads were older and had issues turning on and off while we were on the trail. They had 3 tour guides along with us that we're complete amateurs expect for one of them AJ who had common sense. THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED. THEY HAD NO SET ORIENTATION WITH THE GROUP AS A WHOLE BEFORE WE BEGAN THE TRAIL. MIND YOU THIS WAS IT WAS A FIRST TIME FOR MOST OF US. One event that blew me away, was when I was following the guide and my quad didn't make it over the hill. I was left behind until the other guide, Dan cut the corner. Who raised his voice as if I was miles away mind you I was only a couple feet and stated, " what the fuck are you doing and where the fuck are you going". I asked him to calm down and told him my quad shut up and was not able to make it over the hill. Then I asked him for his name and he stated, "it's none of your business". He was a class act and continued to show his lack of respect, common sense and intelligence off until the end. The owner Oscar was at the end of the tour who add his worthless 2 cents of opinion of my group and I stating my group and I were acting worse than kids that have been on his previous tours. Also, stated his guides told him they had to babysit us. It's astonishing that as a business owner he choose to present himself like a fool that he clearly is. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND FIND ANOTHER ATTRACTION. WE PAID OVER 2,000 FOR THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE.
