  • DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GOT TO PHOTO INNOVATIONS for portraits!!!! They're rude and inconsiderate!!!! Saw their ad on fb, said u get ur pics at the time of ur session!! Made an appt. For 4:10pm arrived at 3:45pm waited and waited until almost 5:30pm before my session was started!!!!! I was ready to leave at 4:40, but was told to be patient. So I took this advice and figured if he wasn't upset (yet) then I'd sit patiently with him. They said it would take 15-30 min to print. 30 min go by, they had to reprint half of them!!!! Said it would be another 20-30 min I'm like I have to be at work in 45 min, they say u can pick them up tomorrow, I said no, I don't wanna come back!! Well we could mail them to u, no!!! I don't want them bent or warp! So I waited 20 min check with them again, still not printed, the forgot to click print on the computer!!!! They close at 6pm at 720pm they were still taking photos of people that came in before 6 and we're waiting to have their pics taken!!!!!! I was also misled on the cost of what I wanted. They never told me they were running behind schedule or anything. Such close quarters to be with screaming kids, and rude parents.
