  • My visit was pleasant and professional. Front Office Staff, preliminary eye testing Assistant, and Dr. Kian, were on time, even when lots of patients were in the waiting area. Dr. Kian's questions and complete eye testing after dilation, were guided to pinpoint the reason for my visit, and after completed both, in a very sensitive manner, he proceeded to explain the treatment that would benefit me greatly. After meeting with Kristel, the Procedures' Mgr., I found myself having an MRI on SMI, in Q. Creek, (area where I live) on that same date, as it was needed stat. She scheduled me also for a procedure that, after a 7yr prior Cataract Surgery, would extremely help me on a very hard to deal with, here in Arizona, light sensitivity. I was impressed all around by the respect, courtesy, and efficiency, and I am extremely happy that I put my trust in Dr. Kian, such a professional and caring Doctor, which has made sure also that he successfully picked his Staff.
