  • Noah's Natural Food is a full-service health food store. After yoga, I would stop by Noah's for a healthy vegetarian tofu and spinach samosa supplied by Zara's Gourmet Kitchen. Cold baked whole wheat samosa is downright inedible. I am in a constant struggle with temptation...as amazing options are available in the area. Thanks to yoga, my sense of righteousness is heightened. To be fair, sundried tomato, firm tofu, spinach and spices have ample potential for greatness...unfortunately; the cold hard refrigerated whole wheat shell destroys any promising flavor profile.
