rev:text	I actually do like Giant Eagle. Just... not this one. Giant Eagle has been great to me in the past, when I lived in Akron. It was close to where I was, plus the fuel perks/food perks were super convenient. Sometimes I'd get gas for 70 cents a gallon, or got 30% off my entire purchase. Plus the store has good deals. Well, when I moved to Cleveland Heights, imagine my eager surprise when I found out I'd be less than a mile away from yet another Giant Eagle. I stepped into this one, and BOY was I disappointed. First off, getting a parking spot is a life-risk. It's just a really bad layout, and it's not nearly big enough-- which is ridiculous since it's a pretty large lot! As soon as I walked in, I was confused. It is a clusterfuck! Chaotic aisles, disorganized departments, long lines, two cashiers... It was a stressful time, lemme tell ya. On top of the disorganization, the products they sell look awful. The produce looked borderline-rotten, and the deli meats already smelled bad. Speaking of deli, I tried getting attention of one of the workers behind the counter to get some sliced ham. She MADE EYE CONTACT and then... walked into the back room, where she stayed until I gave up and walked away. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't end up getting the stinky ham. I just picked up some shampoo/soap/etc. and got the hell out of there, never to return again! I'm definitely choosing Dave's or Zagarra's over this Giant Eagle, even if that means no fuel/food perks. It's just not worth the hassle of this crappy store.
