*This review is for an event at the Ritz only, I did not stay with the hotel yet ;)*
Went here with the bae on a Monday evening for the first annual iYellow Wine Gala, all dressed up and ready to party. I have always heard legends of the service level at the Ritz and I was so happy at all to learn it was all true. Every person we interacted with was amazing, very helpful and polite.
The food was awesome, we were treated to buffet style antipasto and also DIY lobster poutines - YUM! The highlight for me however were the insanely gorgeous and scrumptious house made selection of pastries. I tried one of everything and was happily stuffed for the rest of the night!
Side note, they have trees in the lobby made of gingerbread people. You can donate to charity if you wish and they will write your name on a cookie! The smell of the sweets is incredible!
Next time I am looking to "ball out" I will be staying at this place fo sho!
