rev:text	We came here once for a birthday party and had a ton of fun.. So we decided to book a party for our son hoping we'd have the same experience. In this case it wasn't so joyful from the second we entered this building. My family and I was treated so rudely that we didn't want to have the party here anymore and it hasn't even begun. It was horrible. I wanted to ask for a full refund. The attitude I was given from the worker was unacceptable, even my three year old daughter asked me "why is this lady so mean". As I walked in I asked the worker ( Bonta ) " if it was okay to set up" I got no reply. So, I asked again and she rolled her eyes and showed me to the back. When I got there I had my own help to set up the party room, but that wasn't acceptable to the worker. It felt like she wanted us in and out so she did it herself. I was also pushed by the worker not once but three times trying to set up the party room. She managed to call the owner ( her husband Derek ) several times to discuss every issue she had. We also had a piñata and didn't even get to do it, because we wanted to leave this unprofessional place. Keep in mind that we still had 45 minutes left to spare of the party. Our family was very disappointed. Never again doing busy with this company. Save yourself from this mess! Don't rely on having any parties or functions with this company. Here's a list of everything we had problems with ... 1. The workers attitude from start to finish of our party 2. The AC was not on until the actually party time which made the room was very warm for awhile 3. The party room wasn't ready at all 4. The worker has singled out each of our family member whom didn't stay in the party room because it was a little packed 5. There wasn't enough chairs or tables 6. My parents was in the front bottle feeding my baby. They stayed outside to get some air, avoid the crowd, noise and calm my newborn. Bonta DEMANDED RUDELY for my parents " to go back in the party room " & My parents told her " it was a bit crowded and asked if it was okay to just stay here on the couch for a bit " Bonta reply " no go into the party room and sit down on a chair or sometime " 7. Our contract was set for a certain time and we were rushed to leave play ground and party room. 8. The owners wife just dropped our cake on the table messing The whole decoration up. We couldn't even read " happy birthday " 9. Our guest could not even use the restrooms near the plays area because no one was allowed to go there after play time was up. So my family had just ONE in the back which was disgustingly dirty. 10. Piñata. 11. They had this wall up that fell. Luckily no guest was near the area during the time. 12. My daughter lost her toy in the back of their moving walls and as I moved it to get it and the owners wife pushed me aside and said don't do that. Called her husband to tell him this issue of me touching their wall to get my daughters toy then printed a paper saying " to not touch this wall. " she later told me use a stick to get it. REALLY? 13. We had babies crying left and right and the worker told us can you do something go outside to make your baby stop crying. Would you like your family to be treated wrongly? Do you want to feel rushed during your party? Would you like everyone leaving your party because it had such a bad vibe? I don't think so. I wish I could say more, but it will only get me frustrated. This place should be closed down!
