  • I have nothing but the best things to say about Madison Animal Hospital. Last September we were referred to them when my dog became deathly ill. Naturally, I was hysterical. Dr. Starkle took him in, performed emergency surgery on him on a Friday night, and kept vigil with him overnight. Dr. Samuelson took over on Saturday making sure that my dog Gumbo was healing and comfortable. They helped me out with the down payment and set me up on a payment plan. I was blown away by their level of service and kind demeanor both to my sick dog and my emotional self. I found myself there again with another dog last night. Dr. Samuelson and Kristie took excellent care of him and of us! We helped a lady in the parking lot with a broken down truck and the staff provided us with tools, cold water, and a cool place for our dog to wait. I've been in the rescue world for years and have come across many vets across the country and can confidently say that Madison has top notch service and affordable pricing. I'll continue to drive an hour each way for my pets to see them! They are the best!
