  • What ever you do, Do Not order blinds from Blinds Chalet. Probably, they should change their name to Blinds Charade. As you can see by their Yelp scores they don't have a sterling track record. I ordered a blind in a color based on their website and what I got wasn't anything close to the color I ordered. I realize many people are thinking, OK color is sometimes a little subjective, and if it was even a little close I would have been happy. But it wasn't, and their attitude once you contact them is even worse, computer monitor colors vary, you should have ordered a sample, sorry we can reorder it for you and we'll give you a bigger discount. What I should have done is checked their yelp scores, and I wouldn't be typing on my "color varying" computer monitor. Lesson learned.
