What could have made it a 4 or 5 if the employees were a bit more helpful. I've been to another pottery shop and the worker seemed more happy and wanting you to have a great time. They didn't' really walk around to make sure people were doing okay or even bother to ask. The orientation seemed...well...how do you say it. Not much information? They didn't really say "if you have any questions let us know!". Most of the tables at this party (you can have parties there) were asking each other questions on "how to", "is this ok?", "but what ifs" etc etc. You had to track the employees down to ask a questions. No body came by to ask how we were doing. There were a lot of newbies in our party. It would have been nice to have someone giving quick tips or ideas. There wasn't much of "thank yous" when a bunch of us were paying.
one thing for sure which was nice, they didn't kick us out since we took a while. It was such a short time frame to do your pottery, eat , sing happy birthday etc.
Surely I'll be back.
