Talk about poor customer services. I just spent 30 minutes trying to reach someone in order to buy a ticket because their website did not allow me to do so. Keep in mind that I could not buy the ticket because THEIR website has issues. Upon calling the man who received my call was not friendly at all not to mention that I was going to be charged 10 dollars extra for making the purchase through him, even though I couldn't through their website. When I tried to explain to him what happened he became very rude and once I asked to speak to his supervisor I could hear him snickering in the background and making rude comments, such as "she doesn't know I also speak Spanish" and other vulgar comments in Spanish that I would rather not mention. He did hear me speaking Spanish however that was me asking my mother if the times were okay. Pretty much I ended up paying 10 dollars more than I had anticipated and yet I am not guaranteed a seat on the bus. Bought the ticket only because it is an emergency but I will not be using this service again.
