rev:text	My husband a I were loosing our home about four years ago and needed a place that was in a safe neighborhood, but not too expensive. We were definitely not looking forward to renting an apartment if we didn't have to. What luck to have found our place online and within 3 days we had everything we needed to move in! I can't tell you what a relief it was to have that stress gone! Over these last few years of working with all the ladies in the office, I have to say, they do not fit the description that I just read. I have dealt with at least 6 different people, depending on what needed to be done (home repairs, inspections, renewal of leases, etc.), and no matter who I've talked to they take care of everything quickly and are always kind. Most recently, our AC unit went out. I called in and spoke with Diane who was extremely helpful and who set us up with an AC company That came out the same day (within 4 hours). They replaced a part that got the unit up and running again immediately. A bit later, something different went wrong with it and I called back to let her know, but it was after hours. Laura (the owner) spoke with me on the spot, 2 hours after they were closed and she should have been off the clock, and immediately got us an appointment for the company to come back out. They were back to our house right away and everything is now running great! This is not the first time we have had such great service and we know it will not be the last. Thank you ladies for working with us and for always doing the right thing even if it means time away from your families to take care of ours!
