  • Although this location is completely out of my way....it's worth the drive! After hearing about Pilates so often, I decided to give it a try for the first time. Vanessa, (owner) and staff are AMAZING. I have some health issues with my body and the staff were so educated on how to instruct me for the optimal benefit without me hurting myself. This is such a rare quality, as many fitness places just treat everyone the same. The personalized attention each person gets will give you benefits that you'll see & feel. After each session I feel invigorated and ready for the day. F.E is the best Christmas present you can give yourself, so buy you package today!
