I've been here a few times. I really like the #39. I went with some coworkers once who were all jealous of my #39. Today, we ordered out and got an order of spring rolls, a #9 rare pho and #39 grilled chicken and rice. The spring rolls were a pretty big disappointment. They were soggy (but they were to go), kinda chewy (too chewy) and they came with fish sauce I'm not a huge fan of. My grilled chicken and rice also came with fish sauce. I would prefer something else and I know you can ask for peanut sauce instead. The pho was good (as I was told) but nowhere near as good as khai hoan. They recently did some remodeling. Overall, it's pretty good and I would recommend it to someone looking for a spot in this area to get Vietnamese.
