  • I had the worst experience at this salon. My appointment took 3 hours for a cut/color and partial highlights. I'm trying to grow my hair long and I repeated to the stylist that I just wanted a trim. However, when he was done, my hair was completely chopped short in the back. It took me almost 7 months to grow out my hair and the stylist ruined all of my progress. On top of already having a bad experience, when I checked out I was told my bill for the services was $185.00. I was in complete shock and disbelief. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. The receptionist was very rude on top of everything. This was the most miserable experience I've ever had and I will never go back.
