  • Waited over an hour today without being helped. The staff was preoccupied, remote and aloof. When I told the condescending young woman who checked me in that I was leaving, I got an, "Oh well," kind of shrug. If this happens enough that it is a common occurrence, then it's a management failure and needs to be addressed, because they've just lost my business.
