rev:text	Horrible! Would not recommend this company. I called today asking for a repair man to take a look at my GE refrigerator icemaker. The icemaker was consistently not making enough ice to fill up the bin. I spoke to a rep that was cold and rude. She told me that the cost for a service trip would be $49. That would then be applied to the repair bill. To their credit, I had a repair person in my house within a half hour. The tech proceeded to take a look inside my refrigerator and then pulled out the refrigerator and took four screws out of the back bottom panel and told me that the problem was that my refrigerator was not getting cold enough. That on a yearly basis I was supposed to clean and vacuum out the filter and vents located on the backside of the fridge. I was not ever told this maintenance needed to be done on a yearly basis. After literally unscrewing four bolts and vacuuming out the vents for less than five minutes, he proceeded to charge me $80 for the entire job!!!! For whaaaatt??!! I had to ask him if he checked the water hose to see if maybe there was a kink and he never even tried to recycle or powerdown the icemaker and check to see if the rotating arms were working. I should have stuck with YouTube videos! For $80, I would've expected the tech to clean the entire fridge or for an hour! If you want to be taken advantage of (especially if you are a female) then by all means, contact this company! In my opinion, $80 was not worth unscrewing four screws and a five minute vacuum job!! I would've been more than happy to unscrew my own vent and vacuum it myself! Not worth the 10 minute job that he spent on my refrigerator!
